Yes, you will be using one part of this head wrench on your banjo but one time you will be at a bluegrass festival and some other banjo player my need to do a quick adjustment but forgot his head wrench. This may be one time you will be glad you could help another banjo picker in need by having this tool. I purchased mine for this reason. That and the reason I like to use 2 head wrenches when makin head adjustments

It is faster to use because of its' shape. It is easy to fine among my tools. This is one of the best tools to come along in a long time. Your tool collection is not complete without one of these.
