These comfortable, sturdy all leather Banjo straps work great for both Bluegrass Banjos with Resonators and Open Back Banjos. The secret is the way they attach. By attaching with strong rawhide, not only do they fit any banjo bracket configuration but they also have no metal parts to scratch your banjo.
Our leather banjo straps are handmade in the US and are meticulously handcrafted from FULL grain, highest quality saddle harness leather. Natural tanned color compliments any instrument. No rivets or hardware to mar instrument finish. Infinitely adjustable and unique lacing adjustment.
Strap that Fits any Banjo
Finally a leather banjo strap made that fits any banjo. This strap will fit any open back, clawhammer banjo, or any banjo with a resonator that has a smaller space to fit the banjo strap though. It also works great on heavy standard 1930's Gibson Mastertone style banjos with the one piece flange and bigger space to fit the strap, and it attaches with NO METAL PARTS or Chicago Screws to possibly scratch your finish.
I recommend this one, they break in really nice and are hand made for us from high quality leather. They work on any banjo bracket configuration too, Resonator or Open Back. Ross Nickerson
Deluxe Version
The deluxe version is a 2” wide by 11 1/2” long shoulder piece. The main strap running thru the shoulder piece is 1” wide. The leather is 9 oz. full grain harness leather, medium brown, and quite soft and supple with a nicer finish than the original leather.

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
