Howdy, I just wanted to say that I very satisfied and delighted with your services. I received my Gold Tone CB-100 Wednesday in Healdsburg California and I can't keep my hands off it. Y'all were VERY helpful in the decision making and also thanks for the added extras. I will pass your good work along to as many as I know who care to listen. Keep up the good work and I plan on doing business with you on down the line. Now...back to practice.
The case deal is the icing on the cake. There was even a clip-on tuner included--a nice surprise. The quality, playability, and tone of a $1500+ banjo IS possible at the $600 mark! This tells me the top-end Gold Tones must be phenomenal. Bravo, Gold Tone. I'm from Merritt Island, Florida, and knowing this banjo is made just up the coast from there is a lovely thing too. Ross, The CB 100 arrived yesterday. It is WAY higher quality than I expected. The setup was *spot on* and it was playable right out of the box...really close to perfect tuning. I put a Fret Rocker on the neck; the frets are *perfect* … I build guitars and am very picky about everything.
The Banjo Cruise Workshop is held in a large private conference room that is essentially sound proof and separate from all other passengers. The workshop takes place during the days we are at sea so you can visit all ports and still have plenty of time for fun with your spouse, family or friends while on the cruise. The class sizes are small ensuring that each student receives the assistance and encouragement they need.
